  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation of payment status but do not store full card numbers.
  • Device and network activity: IP address, browser or device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and cookie or similar identifiers to maintain sessions and understand site performance.
  • User content: messages or details you provide in forms, consultations, reviews, or support requests.
  • Sensitive information: we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information; please avoid sharing it in free-text fields.

  • Directly from you: when you create an account, contact us, book a consultation, or complete a purchase.
